1.   Are your courses suitable for complete beginners ?
Our Designing Your Own Optimised Website and Creating Your Own Website courses assume no
prior knowledge or experience of Web Design and are specifically designed to lead people by the hand in
a step by step approach with each topic or exercise building on the previous one covered. However, the
course will also benefit those with some prior knowledge since rather than going over same old ground the
course provides a solid understanding and will also fill in many of the gaps in your professional knowledge.
Don't forget you don't know what you don't know until you find out !

2.   I've created a site before what can I hope to gain from attending one of your courses ?
As previously stated anyone can create a couple of pages these days and so it is easy to assume you
know all there is to know about Web Design. The reality is, however, its such a vast subject area as a
novice its not possible to know everything there is to know and the technology is changing all the time.
If you want to know how to build professional Websites that meet the best design principles, observe the accessibility issues and bring in business you will will certainly find our courses of benefit.

3.   Are your courses suitable for MAC users ?
Unfortunately, our training suites are PC based at this time. if you're the type of person who learns conceptually, however, you will still benefit from attending our non-software specific courses. If, however,
on the other hand you are the type of person who learns by key strokes our courses are possibly not for
you.

4.   Can you provide training in basic HTML code ?
As a beginner you may decide that you'll never need to get to grips with the basic HTML code in order to create a Website and with the growing number of popular Web Authoring packages on the market you'd
be right. If on the other hand you want to become adept at working at the code level and are keen to roll
up your sleeves and get down to it we can help you learn to create a Website at the HTML code level.

5.   Are your courses suitable for Web Designers from a purely graphics background ?
Many of today's Web Designers started life as Graphic Designers and learnt how to put together image
based Websites with the aid of Adobe's PhotoShop. Whilst they are trained in design and can assist with
the visual impact of a Website they often lack a full understanding of Web technologies and business processes and in particular how the Search Engines work and are often unable to assist clients looking to drive traffic to their site or add interactivity beyond image maps and rollover images. As a result, therefore,
our courses will be immensely valuable to such individuals since they will gain a broader understanding of
the Internet and how it can benefit their clients.

6.   Are your courses suitable for Web Developers ?
Many of today's Web Developers started life as computer programmers and learnt how to create programme generated Websites together. Whilst they may have a better than average understanding of many of the
Web technologies their skills are ideal for adding functionality to a site many lack an appreciation of good design principles, online marketing and in some cases business processes. As a result, therefore, our courses will be immensely valuable to such individuals since they will gain a broader understanding of the need for visual impact and to drive traffic to a site.
